Forex Quote
A Forex Quote is the rate offered by a Forex Brokerage for any given currency pair. The quote displays the rate of which is offered to traders for either buying or selling a currency in exchange for another.
In a Forex Quote the 1st currency is the Base Currency, of which you have the option to Buy or Sell in exchange for the Quote currency.
Here is an example of a Forex Quote: (USD/JPY = 1.7124)
