FFMS
The FFMS stands for the Federal Financial Markets Service. The FFMS regulates the Russian financial markets, and is a federal executive body. The Federal Financial Markets Service administers financial trading and the supervision of exchanges, regulates securities insurance, issuers, firms and participants in the financial markets. Another major role of the FFMS is to promote publicly the understanding of their practical application, and the Securities laws.
